ELIGIBILITY

Our sessions are open to school-aged young people with additional needs. Young people aged 18-25 who have previously attended the club are welcome to come to sessions as supported volunteers.  

If we are oversubscribed, priority is given to members of LS29 Special Needs Support Group

Wednesday mornings 

9.30am-12.30pm

A small group session for young people aged 8-16 years old who are less mobile and would benefit from healthcare trained staff on site and sensory activities.  

Wednesday afternoons 

1.30pm-4.30pm 

A small group session for active young people aged 8-16 years old who benefit from a low stimulus, less demanding and more sensory environment. 

Thursdays

10am- 4pm

A session for secondary-age young people that's a little busier than our Wednesday sessions. Often involves trips into the community. 

Fridays 

10am- 3.30pm

A session for primary-age young people that's a little busier than our Wednesday sessions. Usually involves a range of different activities at the centre.

COSTS AND VENUE 

  • Standard cost: £20 per day/ £10 half day 

  • Families with more than one special needs child: £20 full day/£10 half day for first child, £10 full day/ £5 half day for additional children

  • Families eligible for free school meals: free with a deposit of £10 per session refundable on attendance

  • Children who attend with their own DBS-checked PA: £7 full day/ £5 half day

If your young person is new to the club and you would like our staff to support them. 

Booking form B (short form)

If your young person has attended in the past, either with our staff supporting or a DBS-checked PA. 

Booking form C (short form)

If your young person is new to the club and will be coming with their own DBS-checked PA. 

Booking form D (short form)

If your young person is aged 18-25 and has attended holiday club previously, and would like a supported volunteer place.
